Let's Get Physical...

...Physical!

Okay, so I've been told by more than one person that I am obsessive about working out. Can I help it if I want to not only be healthy but look good? Besides, it's a big stress reliever and I am stressed out.

I've had people tell me that they eat the same way I do and nothing doing. Well, I am a sweets and junk food junky. I generally eat pretty healthy, but sometimes I just get a craving for fries, and well, can anyone really turn down chocolate? :-) I just make sure I take care of it when I overdoit on the sweets.

It's called EXERCISE. Go to the gym, even just 3 days a week and you'll look better, feel better and when you mix in cardio and weights I bet that donut you had for breakfast won't stick as easily to your hips.

If you want to know what my workout plan is, let me know and I'll be MORE than happy to help you out. It's easy and fun, and you feel so good when you are done with it.

Otherwise, don't criticize the fact that I want to take care of my body.
